Our ICF-Accredited Mentor Coaching Program

Our Christ-Centered Mentor Coaching program is designed for Certified Coaches who...

  • Are pursuing their ACC Credential or renewal through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or
  • Would like to strengthen their skills by taking a deeper dive into the ICF Core Competencies and best coaching practices or
  • Want to integrate a Christian perspective into their coaching practice.

This program meets mentor coaching requirements put forth by the ICF, which consists of 7 group mentoring hours and 3 one-on-one mentoring hours spread out over 3 months.

Your instructor, Bonnie Weiss, the Founder and Director of the Center for Christian Coaching is a PCC Level Coach and Certified Mentor Coach (CMC). She will provide you with individual feedback and encouragement.

Please note: Mentor Coaching is available as a stand alone program and is also included in our ICF Level 1 Certification program.

What is Mentor Coaching?

According to the International Coaching Federation:

Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative, and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.

About Our ICF-Accredited Mentor Coaching Program

Our Christ-Centered Mentor Coaching program consists of 10 hours of mentor coaching over a 3-month period. The program is taught by our Founder and Director, Bonnie Weiss, a PCC Level Coach and Certified Mentor. It includes:

  • 7 hours of group mentoring (small group setting)
  • 3 hours of one-on-one mentoring

Our Mentor Coaching Program is for certified coaches who have completed a minimum of 60 hours of coach training.

Upon completion of the program, students will receive a certificate documenting that they have successfully completed our Mentor Coaching Program. This certificate can be shared with the ICF when applying for your credential.

Please note: Completing our Mentor Coaching does not automatically qualify you for the ICF ACC Credential.

How to Register for Mentor Coaching

    In order to register for our Mentor Coaching, candidates either must be a certified coach or have completed a minimum of 60 hours of coach training.

    Step One: Schedule a 30-minute consultation call with Bonnie Weiss, your instructor.

    Step Two: After your scheduled call, you will receive a registration form to submit.

    Step Three: Join one of our upcoming Mentor Coaching Programs!
