I've Got a Question For You

How is this impacting your life?

What are you telling yourself about this situation?

What might God’s perspective be on this issue?

How important is this to you?

What could the Lord be doing through this situation?

These are just a few of our favorite questions that a Christian Life Coach can use with clients.

A Christian Life Coach is someone who not only encourages clients to seek the Lord’s vision for their life, but also provides guidance and support. One of the key tools to accomplish that involves asking powerful questions.

One reason a Christian Coach asks questions is it provides opportunities for clients to align their goals and values with their faith.

Using Spirit-led questions is a powerful tool that can lead clients to profound insights and revelations as they explore their thoughts and beliefs.

“How are you showing you trust the Lord will provide for you in this time of need?”

“What is helping you seek God’s Truth about this relationship?”

Our prayer is that by exploring their thoughts and beliefs about the role God has in their life, they move closer to the goal for a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationship with the Lord.

Another fundamental purpose of asking powerful questions is how it promotes self-reflection. The act of introspection allows individuals to examine their beliefs, values, and behaviors in the light of their faith.

By prompting clients to reflect on their experiences and choices, a Christian life coach can help them gain clarity and insight into how they can live a more purposeful and fulfilling life in accordance with the direction Christ is leading.

“What do you feel is God’s vision for your life as a parent, spouse, employee…?”

“What steps are you taking towards fulfilling that vision?”

Asking questions can also help strengthen a client's faith. By encouraging clients to explore their relationship with God through questioning, the Lord can use a question to deepen a client’s connection to their faith.

Good questions can encourage clients to set new spiritual goals and aspirations that align with their Christian values.

“What are some concrete things you are doing to grow closer to the Lord?”

“What impact are those having in your relationship with Him?”

Asking questions is also essential for personal development and growth. By challenging clients to think critically about their beliefs and behaviors, a Christian life coach can empower them to make positive changes in their lives.

Through questioning, clients can identify areas for improvement, set goals for personal growth, and take steps towards pursuing God's vision for their lives. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, those questions will bring new awarenesses and ultimately, transformation.
